I designed the above printed circuit board on CadSoft EAGLE PCB for a small radio controlled car, the Singularity Bot. It is steered by a cell phone application and uses an ATmega328 microcontroller in conjunction with a cc2540 BLE chip to provide communication via a Bluetooth connection. The assembly of this device was completed by myself. This is a personal project I completed at home.

Current Status:

I am a Principal Mechanical Engineer in Southern California working in aerospace and defense. I have 6 years of professional industry experience and am pursuing a masters degree at Columbia University with an expected graduation of Spring of 2026. My current projects are a 3D printed Japanese book binding jig and a miniature RP2040 implementation with an integrated display and battery. I am a published author, having presented a paper on my laser cutter design at the 2018 International Mechanical Engineering Congress and Exposition, and a designated subject matter expert at Raytheon Technologies in the use of Laser Trackers.
